Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

  • Attend to agents' requests and inquiries via email and phone including transfer of calls to relevant departments
  • Attend to client's enquiries and complaints professionally
  • Manage and handle customer service mailbox and forwarding to the relevant departments
  • Update personal particulars of agents in the system as and when necessary
  • Assist in agents' on & off boarding process
  • Process any reimbursement requests to agents
  • Daily collection of mails and distribution of mails to relevant departments including agents
  • Assist agents over the counter and assisting the team and other departments
  • Occasionally assisting at showflat launches and events
  • Any other ad hoc duties as may be required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent and above
  • Extrovert personality is a plus point
  • Knowledge in real estate industry is an added advantage

Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
Saturday: 9am to 1pm
