E-commerce specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow Midea’s online sales channels in Singapore. You will lead daily e-commerce operations, execute and optimize campaigns, analyze performance data, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external platform partners to drive sales growth and enhance brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate Midea’s e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Brand.com to maximize sales and customer engagement
  • Plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns, promotions, and key sales events such as 9.9, 11.11, and 12.12 to drive measurable sales growth
  • Monitor daily sales performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, product, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless e-commerce operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock availability to support sales objectives
  • Collaborate with platform account managers to leverage campaign mechanics, visibility tools, and performance enhancement strategies
  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all e-commerce touchpoints to strengthen brand identity
  • Track competitors’ pricing, promotions, and market trends to maintain competitive positioning

Required competencies and certifications

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in e-commerce operations with a minimum of 1–3 years, preferably in consumer electronics
  • Proficiency in using Excel and platform dashboards for data analysis to monitor and improve e-commerce performance
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in written and spoken English to support clear communication within the team and with partners
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in E-commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms in Singapore such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
  • Knowledge of Mandarin to facilitate liaison with regional teams
