Executive (Tenant Relations and Operations )

Job Description

Facilities & Front Desk Operations

• Oversee daily front-desk and facility operations for The Nook to ensure a premium, well-organized

environment.

• Manage daily operational logistics, including pantry supplies, equipment maintenance, and

meeting-room booking schedules.

• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs to ensure the workspace is maintained in a clean, defect-free

condition, and manage the visitor registration system.

Tenancy Relations

• Assist with preparation of commercial tenancy documentation, including lease agreements, upcoming

renewals, and extensions.

• Maintain accurate tenant records and execute necessary follow-ups to ensure administrative

compliance.

Tenant Engagement & Service

• Proactively build rapport with members to deliver a strong community spirit and top-tier

hospitality.

• Coordinate and execute tenant engagement activities, ranging from community networking events to

wellness sessions, to foster a strong tenant community.

• Serve as a point of contact for tenants, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to promptly

resolve facility-related issues and maintain high service standards.

Operational Support & Projects

• Provide administrative and operational support for special projects (e.g., sustainability

initiatives, process improvements) and assist senior management with ad-hoc reporting as required.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline. Preferably in Hospitality.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer service, hospitality, retail operations, or admin will be an advantage.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative independently.
  • Ability to multitask under pressure and has operational problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail in documentation.
  • Willing to work 1030am to 8pm shift.
