As an Experienced Associate - NetSuite Technical, you will play a pivotal role in delivering consulting services for digital finance solutions using Oracle technologies. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial processes and requirements, designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions to enhance their financial management capabilities. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will contribute to optimizing operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will design, develop, and customize NetSuite ERP modules, translating business requirements into ERP functional and configuration requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot application issues, and participate in organization-wide initiatives, all while adhering to development guidelines and principles.

Responsibilities

- Designing and customizing NetSuite ERP modules to meet client requirements
- Translating business needs into ERP functional and configuration specifications
- Providing technical knowledge and managing client relationships within project contexts
- Executing tasks within structured project environments and coordinating with consultants across work streams
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including clients and onshore teams, to deliver required features
- Troubleshooting application and system issues to provide effective solutions
- Involving in training and mentoring project resources to enhance team capabilities
- Participating in organization-wide initiatives to support business objectives
- Collaborating with team members to develop automated solutions and scale competencies
- Planning, reviewing, and managing change configurations and customization requests
- Creating test cases and executing thorough testing to confirm quality
- Adhering to development guidelines and principles for consistent project delivery
- Engaging in analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation to support project goals

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems, Information Technology
- At least one of the following: NetSuite certification in ERP, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFoundation, or related NetSuite application domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Suite Script, Suite Talk, and Suite Builder
- Excelling in transforming business needs into technical solutions
- Utilizing Agile methodology for efficient project delivery
