Head of Subscriber Acquisition, Apple TV

Reporting to the head of growth for Apple TV, this leader will oversee a multidisciplinary team spanning performance marketing, channel optimization, growth analytics, and acquisition product management. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in digital marketing with a strong understanding of subscription economics, customer behavior, experimentation, and growth product development. Minimum Qualifications 12+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, subscriber acquisition, or related disciplines. 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams. Proven track record driving large-scale customer acquisition for subscription-based, streaming, direct-to-consumer, or digital businesses. Deep understanding of acquisition economics, including CAC, LTV, retention, payback, and profitability metrics. Experience managing significant media budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Experience within streaming, media, entertainment, technology, or subscription businesses. Strong understanding of acquisition funnel optimization and growth product management. Familiarity with experimentation platforms, attribution methodologies, and advanced measurement techniques. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams.
