HR, Admin & Accounts Executive

We are an established construction company specializing in manpower-intensive projects and the management of foreign workers. We are looking for a proactive and organized *HR, Admin & Accounts Executive* to support our daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of our business.
Key Responsibilities
*Human Resource Functions*
* Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Maintain employee records, contracts, work permits, passports, and other HR documentation.
* Coordinate work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM-related matters.
* Arrange medical examinations, training courses, insurance renewals, and dormitory matters for foreign workers.
* Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and payroll information.
* Assist in recruitment activities and employee welfare matters.
*Administrative Functions*
* Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation.
* Prepare correspondence, reports, letters, and internal documents.
* Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers.
* Maintain proper filing systems and company records.
*Accounts Support Functions*
* Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
* Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable documentation.
* Monitor customer payments and supplier invoices.
* Maintain petty cash records and expense claims.
* Support monthly account closing and liaise with external accountants and auditors.
Requirements
* Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
* Experience in the construction industry and handling foreign worker matters is preferred.
* Familiarity with MOM regulations, work permit processes, and payroll administration.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
* Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
