HR Assistant

Job Descriptions

  • Assist in coordinating training activities with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the application and renewal processes for Work Permits (WP) and S Pass (SP)
  • Assist with applications to the Singapore Nursing Board
  • Prepare HR-related documentation, including appointment and confirmation letters
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files and proper filing systems
  • Oversee and coordinate activities for the Staff Recreation Club
  • Oversee the Hostel Cleanliness
  • Oversee the uniform stocks and issue to staff
  • Provide general support for other HR-related duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management, with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for an Executive position
  • Familiarity with MOM regulations and standard HR practices in Singapore
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
