HR Executive (7 Month Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end processing of MOM work passes.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and maintain accurate employee records in the MOM Compass framework.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, employees, and external agencies on work pass matters.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Handle administrative HR duties and provide general HR support when required.

Requirements:

  • Prior hands-on experience in processing MOM work passes.
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of MOM Compass framework and Singapore employment regulations.
  • Familiar with work pass application, renewal, appeal, and cancellation processes.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5 days week, MNC, near One North MRT
  • 7 months contract from July 2026 - Feb 2027 with benefits + completion bonus
