HR Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement Lead

What this role is about

You will lead Continuous Improvement across HR Operations, transforming Hire-to-Retire processes into efficient, scalable, and digital-first experiences. This role combines Lean Six Sigma, automation, and data-driven decision-making to elevate HR service delivery globally.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Optimize end-to-end HR processes (Onboarding, Internal Movements, Offboarding)
  • Eliminate inefficiencies and standardize best practices across regions
  • Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives (DMAIC, Kaizen) to improve quality and reduce cost
  • Drive automation (RPA, Power Platform, AI) toward touchless operations
  • Define and track KPIs; build dashboards and actionable insights
  • Partner with global HR, HR Tech, and cross-functional teams to deliver transformation
  • Champion a “First Time Right” and continuous improvement mindset

What we’re looking for

  • 6–9 years of experience in Process Excellence or Continuous Improvement
  • Strong background in HR Shared Services / Global Business Services
  • Solid understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP or similar) and automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and drive change at scale
