Maintenance Mechanic

About the Position: This position is located at Army Health Clinic, Moncrief, Fort Jackson, South Carolina. - A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. - Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service

Performs minor carpentry, drywall repair/finishing, painting.

Manages upkeep, diagnostics and repairs of electrical systems such as lights and motors.

Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs air compressors and vacuum systems.

Utilizes measuring instruments including voltmeters, pressure gauges, measuring tape, and test lamps to determine factors such as voltage and resistance.

Resolves physical issues on the clinical buildings which include complicated and mundane systems.
