As a Managed Service - Associate 2, you will engage in delivering outsourced solutions and support to clients across various functions, helping them streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, overseeing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide exceptional service to our clients.

As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge. You will adapt to working with diverse clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of your work, consistently delivering quality results that drive value for our clients and success for the team. Responsibilities

- Supporting client engagement by managing outsourced solutions and streamlining operations
- Assisting in the transition and management of service delivery teams and programs
- Contributing to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Engaging in project management tasks to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
- Utilizing automation and process improvement techniques to improve operational efficiency
- Participating in the design and development of automation frameworks and solutions
- Collaborating with team members to identify and address operational risks
- Gathering and analyzing data to inform process performance and optimization strategies
- Applying technical standards and upholding the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Developing commercial awareness and understanding of business operations to drive value for clients

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
