Operation Administrator
Job description:
* Improve quality of all departments - Stock taking / Monitoring
(eg: Product quality, fabric, automation, spare parts).
* Monitoring and reporting on all activities, processes, and procedures.
* Determining data-driven solutions and implementing quality improvement plans.
* Performing regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality policies.
* Assisting with the development of company policies, processes, and procedures.
* Preparing and maintaining quality management documentation.
* Monitoring quality improvement of technician, fabricator, store all accessories are neatly arranged.
* Oversea purchasing of materials, accessories, and necessity for operations use purposes.
* Be confident enough to communicate with walk-in customer and handling for enquiry.
* Coordinating with all relevant departments as teamwork.
* Ad-hoc task require on day to day basis.
Requirement:
* Initiative, willingness to learn, self-discipline.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Good with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
* Shipping, Logistic background preferred.
