Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and oversee the daily operations, service standards, manpower planning and business performance of our wellness and traditional therapy outlets in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of multiple wellness outlets to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.

- Develop and implement operational policies, workflows and SOPs to improve service quality and consistency.

- Supervise outlet managers and support teams in manpower planning, scheduling and performance management.

- Monitor sales performance, operating costs and productivity, and recommend strategies for improvement.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on staffing, training, customer service, compliance and outlet maintenance.

- Review operational data, prepare management reports and support business planning and expansion initiatives.

- Ensure service delivery standards are aligned with company policies and customer expectations.

- Lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction and business scalability.

Requirements:

- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in SOP design, team supervision, budgeting and operational planning.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with customer service management and performance-driven operations.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support business growth initiatives.
