About the Position: This position is located at the 9th Medical Group in Beale Air Force Base, California. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes

Perform a variety of professional direct health care clinical duties.

Assess, plan, evaluate, and modify the plan of acute and chronically ill patients.

Examine adult patients and performs initial patient work-up and assessment of patients' care and treatment.

Provide consultation, teaching, and coordination with patients regarding treatment and medical care.

Provide primary care and preventive services to healthy individuals.

Evaluate the total health care needs of patients and develops plans to meet the patients' needs.

Oversee compliance with the preventive healthcare needs of adult patients visiting the clinic.

Provide surveillance of adherence to medical and primary care practices and procedures to stabilize chronically ill patients.

Collect a detailed and comprehensive medical history from the patient to perform clinical evaluations and provide recommendations.
