Sales Admin Executive

Job Scope

MainResponsibilities

  • Assist with property sales transactions and sales documents
  • Perform Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks
  • Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries professionally
  • Support the sales team with daily administrative duties
  • Create and schedule social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (小红书)
  • Reply to social media enquiries and monitor engagement
  • Maintain proper filing and records
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties when needed
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Interest in Singapore’s real estate market is an advantage
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Organised and comfortable with administrative work
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — no experience required
