Summary of the Role
Responsible for supporting daily sales and marketing operations, including managing marketing tasks, coordinating events, handling marketing materials and logistics, and assisting with administrative duties such as invoice and stock management.
Key Functions / Responsibilities
Manage all the required ongoing marketing tasks as defined and agreed upon (events, webinars, marketing asset creation for the different activities, etc.)
Planning and executing owned and partner-planned events and participation as sponsors in relevant conferences to raise awareness and reach potential leads.
Assist Marketing team in purchasing and managing marketing materials e.g. stationaries, promotion tools, marketing materials etc.
Support Sales team to prepare tools and demo/sample in sales/marketing activities and workshops.
Coordinating with sales support for marketing materials/demo/sample stock management.
Coordinate in logistic process in supporting sales/marketing activities.
Support Marketing team in supplying & delivering promotion tools, marketing materials.
Assist Marketing team to coordinate with Bangkok office in back-office jobs e.g. receiving invoice billing notes from suppliers, handling cheque payment to suppliers, stock checking & controlling of demo products, marketing materials.
Others task upon the assignment.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2 - 6 years of marketing support experience
Proficient in Microsoft function, Canvas, and AI platform.
Attention to detail and superior organization is a must.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, English is required.
Ability to meet project deadlines and exceed key performance indicators.
Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure.
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work well within a team environment.
Positive attitude and service minded.
