Sales Operations Support

  • Assist in the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring processes run efficiently

  • Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on sales performance
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of CRM and other sales systems

CRM & Systems Administration

  • Manage and update customer and sales data in CRM systems
  • Assist in CRM system optimization, troubleshooting, and user support
  • Monitor data quality and enforce data governance standards

Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate communication between sales teams, marketing, finance, and other departments
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and presentations

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to operations
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and internal documentation
