As a Salesforce FSC, LwC and Integration, SA, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance your strengths and address development areas. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the overall strategy and success of client engagements.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with clients to develop and execute strategies that align with their business objectives
- Utilizing Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud to enhance client service delivery
- Managing enterprise integration projects to support business application consulting services
- Developing training materials to facilitate client understanding and adoption of Salesforce technologies
- Implementing technology solutions that drive business process improvements and innovation
- Engaging in project architecture and budgeting to validate successful project outcomes
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and client expectations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce FSC, Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights
- Excelling in business process modeling and enterprise integration
- Developing training materials to enhance team capabilities
- Embracing change and innovative design in complex situations
