As a Salesforce Omnistudio-SA, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and guiding junior team members. You will navigate complex situations, using your skills to anticipate client needs and deliver quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing business requirements to design and implement Salesforce solutions
- Managing Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud projects to enhance client service capabilities
- Developing and maintaining Salesforce Lightning applications to improve user experience
- Collaborating with clients to identify and address business process improvements using Salesforce technologies
- Leading the integration of enterprise software and IT infrastructure to support seamless business operations
- Creating and delivering training materials to facilitate user adoption of new Salesforce features
- Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize Salesforce administration and configuration
- Supporting the implementation of emerging technologies to drive innovation in client solutions
- Conducting project budgeting and architecture planning to align with business objectives
- Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce-related inquiries and challenges
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Excelling in developing training materials for technology implementation
- Embracing change and innovation in emerging technologies
- Managing systems project management with a focus on enterprise integration
