As a Salesforce QA - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Salesforce applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance your strengths and address development areas. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize business processes using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Developing and maintaining project architecture and budgeting for Salesforce implementations
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Managing systems project management tasks to deliver quality client solutions
- Supporting enterprise integration and technology implementation initiatives
- Creating and developing training materials to facilitate client understanding and adoption of Salesforce technologies
- Engaging in technical consultation to address client challenges and propose innovative solutions
- Embracing change and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in client engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications4–8 years of experience in test automation with strong hands-on expertise in Selenium Automation and related automation tools.

Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation test frameworks using Selenium with Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.

Strong experience in building and implementing Hybrid, BDD, or TDD frameworks using tools such as Cucumber, PyTest BDD, TestNG, or equivalent.

Experience working in Salesforce environments is must.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex data insights
- Developing training materials for Salesforce implementations

- Navigating ambiguity while building meaningful client relationships
