As a Salesforce FSL- Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of transforming business processes by leveraging Salesforce technologies to meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to manage workstreams and develop deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client connections and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and learning.

Responsibilities
- Managing Salesforce Service Cloud implementations to enhance client service delivery
- Developing and executing project plans for Salesforce Lightning and Sales Cloud solutions
- Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce applications
- Leading technical consultation sessions to provide insights on Salesforce administration and integration
- Designing innovative solutions using emerging technologies to address client needs
- Overseeing the development of training materials to support Salesforce adoption and usage
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to standardize business processes and optimize technology integration
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology innovation
- Supporting enterprise software implementation and integration projects to align with client objectives
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated on Salesforce advancements and industry trends
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Excelling in business process modeling and enterprise integration
- Developing training materials for Salesforce applications
- Implementing technology solutions in client-facing environments
