As a SAP Basis Senior Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your influence, skills, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Technology Consulting network, focusing on SAP technology. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This opportunity allows you to engage with clients directly, validate outcomes, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback, all while driving strategic objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Leading the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies to optimize operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing software solutions to support seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Managing SAP Basis projects, including strategic technology planning and process optimization
- Guiding teams through complex problem-solving and strategic questioning to achieve client objectives
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and SAP HANA to enhance system performance and functionality
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into project execution
- Coaching and mentoring teams to foster professional growth and improve team effectiveness
- Applying analytical thinking and creativity to design automation and business transformation initiatives
- Promoting the use of SAP Analytics Cloud for data-driven insights and decision-making
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within SAP frameworks to support client success

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
