As a SAP - Basis Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within our organization, focusing on installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This role is client-facing, allowing you to directly contribute to clients achieving their strategic objectives.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, and uphold professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Leading the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Managing client service accounts and driving SAP technology workstreams to meet client objectives
- Analyzing client needs to implement software solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Developing and executing strategic technology plans to enhance business transformation initiatives
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to deliver innovative solutions and insights
- Overseeing the development and deployment of SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver solutions
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
- Validating project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to align with client expectations
- Encouraging team development and embracing change to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address business challenges

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Excelling in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for business transformation
