As a SAP - ABAP HR - Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining high standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives within our Digital Core Modernisation practice.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance in SAP technology
- Collaborating with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into project deliverables
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client environments
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster team development and growth
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, and SAP HANA to drive business transformation and process improvement
- Engaging in strategic technology planning to support business application consulting initiatives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
