As a SAP PTP Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting team, specializing in SAP Procurement. You will focus on implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP Procurement module to streamline and automate procurement processes, including purchasing, supplier management, contract management, and inventory management. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and configuration of SAP Procurement modules to streamline procurement processes
- Managing supplier relationships and contract management using SAP Ariba and SAP Vendor Management tools
- Conducting spend analysis and source-to-pay transformations to optimize procurement strategies
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of SAP Procurement initiatives
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
- Coaching team members to develop skills and embrace change in technology consulting environments
- Engaging in strategic questioning to address client needs and enhance service excellence
- Validating data integrity and compliance within procurement frameworks
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support seamless integration of business applications
- Encouraging intellectual curiosity and learning agility to foster innovation in procurement solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Procurement solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, or related spend management credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Ariba and SAP Vendor Management
- Utilizing Source to Pay (S2P) Transformation skills effectively
- Excelling in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) strategies
- Embracing change and fostering innovation in procurement processes
- Developing skills in spend analysis and strategic questioning
