Senior Building Services Manager / Building Services Manager /Deputy Building Services Manager - Hospital

Responsibilities:

- Lead MEP design management for design‑build or traditional projects, either working alongside the in‑house design team or deployed directly to the main contractor’s project team.

- Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure buildable, maintainable, and energy‑efficient MEP systems.

- Manage design changes driven by site conditions, budget adjustments, or client requests.

- Oversee MEP design delivery across both design stage and construction stage.

- Manage and guide the internal MEP design team.

Requirements:

- In‑depth knowledge of either Singapore or Hong Kong building regulations, codes, and construction practices (dual‑market exposure is a plus but not mandatory).

- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering; professional qualification preferred, such as:

Hong Kong: RPE (Mechanical / Electrical), MHKIE

UK: CEng, MCIBSE, MIET

Singapore: P.E. (Mechanical / Electrical)

- 15+ years of relevant MEP design or design management experience (consultant, contractor, or specialist firm background accepted).

- Strong understanding of international MEP standards and best practices.

- BIM experience and knowledge is preferred.
- Prior experience in public sector building projects, especially hospitals and healthcare facilities, will be considered a strong advantage.

-Candidates with less experience will be considered as Building Services Manager/ Deputy Building Services Manager.
