Job Description:

  • Acting as the custodian and gatekeeper for SDGI corporate branding identity and guidelines.

  • Organizing and managing global engagement events for employees.

  • Scheduling regular surveys and monitor responses/feedback from the public and internal staff.

  • Liaising, strategizing, planning and executing with the Business Units, and relevant departments on branding and engagement events both locally and internationally.

  • Plan, execute, and manage CSR initiatives and programs, including community engagement, employee volunteering and charitable activities.

  • Produce and edit visual and video content for business updates, corporate announcements, and internal communications.

  • Plan, organize, and execute customer visits, including refinery tours and business briefings.

  • Produce and manage company merchandise, festive gifts, from concept and design to production and distribution, ensuring alignment with brand identity.

  • Developing proposals/budget planning and ensuring that all branding and event expenses meet budget expectations and outcomes and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or Event Management.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in communications and event management.

  • Strong understanding of brand management, corporate communications and employee engagements.

  • Proven experience in planning, organizing, and overseeing on-ground events, online activations, workshops, and exhibitions.

  • Skilled in visual design and content creation.
