Senior Product Designer, Banking

You will shape the visual and interaction design of the Gold Card and banking products, driving end-to-end design from concept to launch. You will build new systems while maintaining a cohesive design identity, prototype and explore motion to create polished experiences, collaborate closely with product, engineering, content, and research partners, and iterate on accessible, scalable solutions. In-person attendance is expected at least three days per week in Menlo Park or New York.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end design of key features across banking tools and experiences
• Create visually compelling cohesive designs that elevate the user experience
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Content, and Research
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for banking products
• Help set the standard for design craft and product excellence

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer with a strong visual design portfolio
• Demonstrated success designing consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech or adjacent spaces
• Experience taking products from concept to launch
• Strong systems thinking and ability to build and maintain scalable design systems
• Prototyping and motion design skills (preferred)
