Senior Product Designer, Prediction Markets

You will own end-to-end design for a 0→1 product area within Prediction Markets. You will shape user experiences across trading flows, engagement features, and web platform expansion. You will translate ambiguous problems into clear product experiences, partner with product managers, engineers, and operations, and incorporate leadership feedback into design iterations. You should expect to attend the office in Menlo Park or New York at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for key product areas within Prediction Markets
• Design and deliver user experiences for trading flows, engagement features, and web platform expansion
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to define requirements and execute high-priority initiatives
• Translate complex, ambiguous problem spaces into clear, intuitive product experiences
• Incorporate feedback from senior leadership and stakeholders into design iterations while maintaining product quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer with a strong visual design portfolio
• Experience designing end-to-end product experiences, including launching new or early-stage products
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and able to independently drive projects forward
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and operational partners
• Ability to synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders and apply it to improve product outcomes
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma and open to incorporating AI tools into workflow
