Job Scope

Generate quotations to customer

• To assist in purchasing the necessary parts for service jobs
• To check spares availabilities & lead time with various suppliers
• To check & ensure that prices quoted from vendors are competitive
• To track spares delivery status and advise accordingly to store-man
• To track & file all purchases with reference to service jobs
• To prepare Delivery orders & Invoices in a timely and organized manner
• To assist service team on logistic preparation for overseas job assignment
• To assist the Accounts team with proper documents to ensure timely payment from customers

Requirements

• ITE/Diploma in Business, Engineering, or any related field
