As a Talent Consultant - Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Internal Firm Services practice, focusing on talent identification and enhancing employee skills and knowledge. You will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning talent strategies with business objectives. Your work will be crucial in improving employee retention, development, and performance.

As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

- Leading talent development initiatives to align with business objectives and enhance employee skills

-Serves as a trusted advisor to BU and LoS leaders focused on accelerating the development of our people

-Develops and maintains effective relationships with identified staff with goal of understanding and facilitating career objectives and employee engagement/satisfaction (e.g., career interests, mobility, distinctive experiences and diversity initiatives)
- Strategizing and implementing employee engagement and retention programs to improve performance
- Managing the employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, and terminations
- Collaborating with leadership to develop and execute talent strategies that support organizational goals
- Utilizing employee data management techniques to analyze workforce trends and inform decision-making
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Addressing conflicts and facilitating difficult conversations with stakeholders to maintain a positive work environment
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to HR policies and the firm's code of conduct
- Encouraging innovation and the use of technology to enhance talent management processes
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to optimize talent operations

What You Must Have

- MBA/Graduate
- At least 9 years of relevant experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
