As a HCP Engagement- Contracting - Experienced Associate, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to help streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work closely with clients to analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. You will provide guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks. Responsibilities
- Managing HCP/HCO contracts from intake through template drafting, redline review, e-signature, amendments, and system of record upload, confirming accuracy, compliance, and timely execution while maintaining high-volume efficiency
- Creating, processing, and executing HCP/HCO contracts using standard system templates
- Reviewing and drafting contracts to support healthcare client engagements confirming all documentation is complete, accurate and compliant
-Review and proofread contracts for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with internal policies
-Submit contracts to the parties for signature (e-signature) and track status to closure
-Send applicable contracts for upload into the system of record, confirming documentation is
organized and audit-ready
-Manage the e-signature process following the defined approval sequence, ensuring Business
- Analyzing client operational processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance productivity
- Developing and implementing strategies for operational excellence and process optimization
- Collaborating with clients to provide guidance on technology solutions and process automation
- Supporting the development of innovative solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Applying operational analysis to drive business performance and competitive advantage
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and cost efficiency
- Utilizing lean process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize operations
- Participating in project management tasks to support operational strategy execution
- Gathering and interpreting data to inform operational decisions and strategies
- Contributing to the development of operational support and analysis frameworks
What You Must Have
- At least 2 year(s) of experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting
- Experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement withinhealthcare, life sciences, or consulting
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to HCP/HCO contracting (e.g., Sunshine Act, Anti-Kickback Statute)
-Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of contracts with precision and attention to details
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3-5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
