As an HCP Engagement- Contracting - Experienced Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on delivering consulting services that enhance operational performance and develop innovative solutions. You will work closely with clients to analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In increasingly complex situations, you will build acumen to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will provide guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks, contributing to the success of our clients and the firm.

Responsibilities

- Managing HCP/HCO contracts from intake through template drafting, redline review, e-signature, amendments, and system of record upload, confirming accuracy, compliance, and timely execution while maintaining high-volume

efficiency
-Creating, processing, and executing HCP/HCO contracts using standard system templates
- Reviewing and drafting contracts to support healthcare client engagements confirming all documentation is complete, accurate and compliant

-Review and proofread contracts for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with internal policies

-Submit contracts to the parties for signature (e-signature) and track status to closure

-Send applicable contracts for upload into the system of record, confirming documentation is

organized and audit-ready
- Analyzing client operational processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance productivity
- Developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive business performance
- Collaborating with clients to implement technology solutions and process automation
- Supporting the development of operational excellence frameworks to improve quality and efficiency
- Gathering and interpreting data to inform operational strategies and solutions
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to streamline operations
- Applying lean process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational outcomes
- Participating in project management tasks to validate timely delivery of client solutions
- Assisting in the development and execution of operations strategies to achieve client objectives
- Contributing to the implementation of emerging technologies to gain a competitive advantage

What You Must Have

-At least 2 year(s) of experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting

-Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to HCP/HCO contracting (e.g., Sunshine Act, Anti-Kickback Statute)

-Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of contracts with precision and attention to data
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3-5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
