🌿 TCM Body Wellness Therapist

🩺 Role Overview

As a TCM Therapist, you will apply meridian-based therapy and traditional modalities to support clients’ musculoskeletal health, circulation, and overall physiological balance. The role requires sound clinical reasoning, accurate body assessment, and adherence to professional treatment standards.

🔬 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform structured TCM treatments including Tuina, Meridian Therapy, Gua Sha, Cupping, and Yang Sheng modalities
  • Apply TCM principles such as meridian pathways,Tui na, qi regulation, and body constitution assessment
  • Conduct thorough client consultations and assess presenting conditions
  • Develop appropriate treatment plans aligned with TCM therapeutic frameworks
  • Monitor client progress and document treatment outcomes accurately
  • Maintain strict hygiene, infection control, and professional practice standards
  • Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and safety regulations

🎓 Professional Requirements

  • Diploma in TCM, Holistic Massage, or equivalent recognised qualification
  • ITEC / CIBTAC / WSQ certification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical or therapeutic experience
  • Strong understanding of TCM theory, meridian systems, and therapeutic indications
  • Ability to assess contraindications and apply treatments safely
  • Professional, ethical, and patient-focused approach
  • Able to work 5–6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays

💰 Remuneration & Benefits

  • Monthly basic salary range: $2,600 – $4,000 (commensurate with experience and competency)
