Waiter Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the service team.
- Assign duties and prepare staff work schedules.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve service-related issues.
- Train, guide and monitor service staff.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor cleanliness, food safety and workplace hygiene.
- Assist in stock control and perform cashiering duties when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Able to lead and manage a service team in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to stand for long hours.
- Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage.
