Waiter Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations of the service team.
  • Assign duties and prepare staff work schedules.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve service-related issues.
  • Train, guide and monitor service staff.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor cleanliness, food safety and workplace hygiene.
  • Assist in stock control and perform cashiering duties when required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Able to lead and manage a service team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to stand for long hours.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage.
