WAITER / WAITRESS SUPERVISOR
Job Description & Requirements:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily duties of waiters and service staff.
- Ensure customers are served in a professional, polite, and timely manner.
- Arrange staff work schedules and assign service areas.
- Train new service staff on restaurant service standards, hygiene, and customer service.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints when necessary.
- Check table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area presentation.
- Assist in taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables during busy periods.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service.
- Monitor staff performance and report operational issues to the manager.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company service procedures.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in F&B service or restaurant operations.
- Able to supervise and guide service staff.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
