Job Description

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and service staff.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and dining experience.
  • Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and monitor work performance.
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety and workplace hygiene standards.
  • Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
  • Support restaurant opening and closing duties.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience in restaurant operations preferred.
