Job Description
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and service staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and dining experience.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate staff schedules and monitor work performance.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety and workplace hygiene standards.
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Support restaurant opening and closing duties.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership experience in restaurant operations preferred.
