Waiter/Waitress
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Attend to customers' needs promptly and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Work closely and communicate effectively with service staff and kitchen personnel.
- Refill sauce containers, condiments, utensils, and other service supplies.
- Stock and maintain service stations and dining areas.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages.
- Escort customers to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
- Support cashier duties by answering phone calls, taking reservations, and assisting with customer inquiries.
- Welcome, seat, and thank customers upon arrival and departure.
- Clear tables promptly and remove used dishes, glasses, and utensils for cleaning.
- Stay informed about restaurant promotions, menu items, and special offers.
- Maintain the cleanliness of dining and service areas, including performing housekeeping duties and disposing of waste.
- Adhere to all food hygiene, safety standards, and restaurant policies.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors as required.

Requirements
- Prior experience in food and beverage service is an advantage, but not essential.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
