3- 6 months Contract Patient Service Associate/ Clinic Assistant (Up to $10/H, Healthcare) #HCGE

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to patients’ enquiries and guide them through healthcare processes.

• Provide assistance such as wheelchair support when required.

• Identify and assist fall-risk patients; perform basic screening such as temperature checks and mask distribution.

• Promote and guide patients in using self-service kiosks and mobile applications.

• Assist with basic measurements (e.g., height, weight, blood pressure) when required.

• Support wayfinding and handle general enquiries.

• Assist eligible patients in completing medical questionnaires.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Levels

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Candidates without healthcare experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

• Comfortable being in close contact with patients.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn digital tools.

• Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
