4 - 6 Months Contract Patient Service Associate (Up to $10/H, Healthcare, Multiple locations) #HCGT

Job Description

• Attend to patients’ enquiries and guide them through the healthcare system.
• Provide assistance such as arranging wheelchairs for patients when needed.
• Identify and tag fall-risk patients; distribute face masks and perform temperature screening for patients with flu-like symptoms.
• Promote and educate patients on the use of self-service kiosks and mobile applications.
• Assist with or perform basic measurements such as height, weight, and blood pressure when required.
• Support patients with wayfinding and handle general enquiries.
• Assist eligible patients in completing medical questionnaires

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level / ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Service-oriented mindset with a caring and empathetic attitude toward patients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
