3 Months Contract/Temp Office Hours Patient Service Associates Needed (Up to $10/H, Multiple Locations) #HCGT

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to patients’ enquiries and guide them through the healthcare system.
• Provide assistance to patients when needed, including wheelchair support.
• Identify and tag patients at risk of falls, distribute face masks, and conduct temperature checks for patients with flu or fever symptoms.
• Educate and encourage patients to use Self-Service Kiosks and mobile applications.
• Assist with or carry out patients’ height, weight, and blood pressure measurements when necessary.
• Support patients with directions and handle general enquiries.
• Assist eligible patients in completing medical questionnaires.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent
• Able to commit the full 3 months
• Able to start immediately/on short notice
