As a Associate in HCP Onboarding, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Technology Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. As a Associate, you will leverage your technical skills to conduct detailed analyses and support specific projects, contributing to the team's success and delivering value to clients. You will be expected to adapt to a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and consistently deliver quality results.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on providing consulting services to enhance operational performance and develop innovative solutions. You will work closely with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Your guidance will be instrumental in implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks. Responsibilities

- Handling administrative coordination for HCP engagements, including data entry, portal onboarding support, HCP tiering, and Conflict of Interest documentation completeness checks
- Working with internal teams to confirm timely, accurate, and compliant onboarding of HCPs, escalating exceptions as needed and maintaining readiness for engagement

-HCP/expert profile creation as necessary in Reltio or similar master data management

system, confirming all required data fields are complete and accurate

-Support HCPs through portal onboarding via email and outreach, assisting with registration,

profile setup, and troubleshooting

-Coordinate documentation collection from Experts and review submissions for completeness,

following up to resolve any identified gap
- Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency
- Providing specialized advice on process automation and technology implementation to optimize operational performance
- Supporting clients in streamlining processes and improving business performance through operational excellence frameworks
- Conducting in-depth operational analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions
- Collaborating with clients to implement business process improvements and lean process methodologies
- Utilizing automation solutions and emerging technologies to drive cost efficiency and competitive advantage
- Mapping and optimizing operational processes to enhance service operations and support
- Applying project management skills to oversee the execution of operational strategies and solutions
- Gathering and analyzing data to discern patterns and inform decision-making processes
- Developing and maintaining operational support and analysis frameworks to sustain performance

What You Must Have

- At least 1 year(s) of experience in HCP engagement operations, compliance, or medical affairs support
- Working knowledge of Reltio, Veeva, Interactions Hub, or similar CRM/ HCP engagement systems
- Understanding of fair market value tiering, COI management, license verification and debarment/exclusion screening processes

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2-4 years of experience
