As a Learning and Development Operations professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes overseeing employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end execution of L&D programs including technical, leadership, and milestone-based initiatives
· Coordinate assessment operations via Pearson for pre-hire candidates
· Manage onboarding and learning platform access (Rosetta Stone, Vantage LMS)
- Managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
- Coordinating and resolving HR inquiries, escalating issues as necessary in line with HR protocols
- Administering employee records and confirming compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Utilizing HR software to streamline processes and improve service delivery
- Supporting employee engagement strategies and fostering a positive work environment
- Implementing process improvements to enhance HR operations efficiency
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address complex business issues from strategy to execution
- Analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making and optimize workforce management
- Facilitating employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious workplace
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6+ years of experience in ·:
Manage end-to-end execution of L&D programs including technical, leadership, and milestone-based initiatives
· Coordinate assessment operations via Pearson for pre-hire candidates
· Manage onboarding and learning platform access (Rosetta Stone, Vantage LMS)
· Track participant progress and escalate delays or risks
· Understanding of learning platforms and L&D ecosystems
- Knowledge in Cornerstone LMS tool, Rosetta Stone & Pearson tools
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
