As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement Salesforce solutions, and provide training and support to optimize their operational efficiency. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills across various Salesforce applications to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate these into functional Salesforce configurations, enhancing their ability to utilize Salesforce applications effectively.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor junior team members, navigating complex situations to deliver quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities to grow, while maintaining professional and technical standards. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be instrumental in delivering technical solutions involving different Salesforce clouds, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies and enhancing your personal brand and technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Configuring and implementing Salesforce CPQ, including product bundles, price books, and discount schedules
- Managing end-to-end CPQ/Billing implementations, focusing on contract renewals and billing rules
- Developing and delivering training materials to enhance client utilization of Salesforce applications
- Translating customer requirements into functional configurations on the Salesforce platform
- Utilizing APEX, VisualForce, and Lightning components to customize Salesforce solutions
- Building and executing SOQL queries to support data-driven decision-making
- Integrating Salesforce with CRM, ERP, and financial systems to streamline business processes
- Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on technical challenges
- Staying informed about emerging technologies and adapting to changes in the Salesforce ecosystem
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce CPQ/Billing implementations
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and design components effectively
- Implementing integration solutions between CRM, ERP, and Financial systems
- Delivering technical solutions across various Salesforce clouds
- Excelling in communication and teamwork skills
